Dress - Express - thrifted
Top - The limited - thrifted
Shoes - Italian Shoemakers - Marshall's
Necklace, gold earrings - family gift
Bracelet - Macy's

I have to admit, I love finding great items at a thrift store. But I have rules when it comes to getting used stuff. Most important is that I have to be able to wash it in water or dry clean it. Therefore I don't ever buy purses or shoes. I did make an exception once for sandals and got them at Plato's Closet, but the original price tag was still glued to the bottom of the shoes and could see the original store price. They might have been worn once. Share if you have rules for thrift items.

    love the colors....

  2. Pink-on-Pink? A girl after my own heart! I love thrifting too - it's so much fun hunting and trying to find that one special piece. I agree on the washing part!!

  3. Agreed. I'm a no go when it comes to shoes, but I've bought MANY a thrift purse and give give them a good wipe down. I won't buy any intimate wear that is thrift and I usually will stay away things that smell funny!!
